Since the pandemic started, Our suppliers are running out of many ingredients, so we started to reduce the food waste as low as possible. So we created this Japanese recipe out of the leftovers in the kitchen.

Instead of letting go of the cooked rice and any chopped vegetables, You can make this special rice recipe for lunch or dinner. They look fancy, but it’s easier than you think to make.

Directions

Step 1

In a pan, add coconut oil, onion cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add chicken continues to cook in a medium heat for 4 minutes.

Step 3

Add following ingredients in same pan carrot, corn, peas, soy sauce light, ketchup, black pepper powder, salt, cooked rice and cook in a medium heat for 2 minutes.

Step 4

In a bowl add following ingredients cream, eggs, salt, white pepper and ix well.

Step 5

In a pan add butter.

Step 6

Pour the step 2 ingredients and cook in medium heat for 3 minutes in 120 Celsius one side.

Step 7

After that add shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 8

Add 1 cup of step 1 rice.

Step 9

Fold both side and move Omurice to the edge of the pan and put in the plate, Serve with coral lettuce, tomato, cucumber and ketchup.
